Gordon H. Kondo is an experience design consultant with a solid understanding of customer-centric design methods, specialising in customer research, information architecture, interaction design and usability testing. Actively interested in human–computer interactions and delivering innovative digital experiences.
Over ten years of practical design experience working across numerous financial service, government and corporate client projects, including Westpac, St. George Bank, Qudos Bank, IP Australia, NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Engineers Australia and AGL.
A firm believer in the value of great mentorship, takes delight in mentoring junior designers and actively involved in shaping their career growth. Also privately mentors a number of mentees in the architecture, health and visual effects industries, continually helping them achieve success with their career and life goals.
Gordon completed his Bachelor Degree in Design Computing at the University of Sydney in 2007.
